FAQ

Questions hosts ask

Do my guests need to download an app?

No. Invitations arrive in the WhatsApp they already use. Guests answer by tapping a button, and each one gets a private invitation page for directions, the program and dress code. No account, no password.

What does the invitation look like?

Your invite card image (if you upload one) with your names, the date, the venue and three buttons: “Yes, I’ll attend”, “Sorry, I can’t” and “View invitation”. You see an exact preview before anything is sent.

What if some guests aren’t on WhatsApp?

We tell you who couldn’t be reached, so you can call them. You can also record answers they give you in person, and the headcount updates straight away.

Can reminders go out on their own?

Yes. When you send the invitations you can schedule a nudge for people who haven’t answered and a reminder for everyone who’s coming. You can cancel either one any time before it goes out.

How do I pay?

Choose a package by the size of your guest list and pay in naira by card, bank transfer or USSD through Paystack. If your list grows, upgrading only charges the difference.

What happens to my guests’ numbers?

Numbers are stored encrypted and only used for your event. Guests can press “Stop” at any time, and all guest data is deleted automatically 90 days after the event.
